Isoline type
Value of distance or time
according to the selected isoline type
If the distance between the point you click
and iso4app start point
is greater than this value
the isoline will not be calculated
For Motor vehicle you can use it
writing the maximum speed
that your vehicle can legally reach
(i.e. for a Truck should be 80
for a Moped should be 40).
For Bycicle and Pedestrian
please read FAQ 5,6,7 and 10
It allows to consider a less waiting time
in the queue
This option can be used for isodistances and mobility:motor vehicle. Without this option the shortest path will be calculated, all route will be taken. Checking this option the fastest route will be taken and the polygon will be smaller, this is because usually the fastest roads are longer than the other roads.
It allows to consider ways with some access restriction, for example (but not limited to): Limited Traffic Zone, Private Residential Areas, Service Areas. Usually these restrictions are valid, but not always, for mothor vehicle.
It allows to consider pedestrian areas also for bicycle.
It allows to consider pedestrian and bicycle on trunk roads.
The concavity of the resulting polygon.
The value 0 means convex polygon, the default value is 5. The value 8 is the highest concavity.
The buffering of the resulting polygon.
The value 0 means no buffering. The value 1 buffer the polygon to extend it of around 10 meters, the value 2: 20 meters and so on.

Choosing a category, the isoline is divided in a grid of cells. The value indicated on each cell represents the number of elements, for the selected category, contained into it. The cell color intensity depends on the cell value (linear interval)

This demo lets you draw only 10km Isodistances and 10min Isochrones.
If you want to draw other types of Isodistances/Isochrones you have to enter your API key.
If you have not yet a API key go to registration form.
